Dave Smith Youth Treatment Center is a non-profit organization and their team is comprised of dedication and passionate individuals who sincerely care about the health and well-being of the youth and families that has been helping in Ontario for more than 25 years to provide services to improve the lives of those within our community to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Cindy has more than 20 years’ experience in Publishing, Marketing, Advertising, Relationship Management and Finance. She started her career in media at The Ottawa Citizen (Postmedia), and then moved to the Ottawa Jewish Bulletin and Torstar/Metroland Media where she learned the newspaper business from the ground up (Switchboard Operator to General Manager). Most recently, she chose to leave the corporate world and take on a Senior Director of Philanthropy role at Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre (DSYTC). A move fueled by a desire to give back to Ontario’s youth and their families struggling with substance use and mental health issues.
